1 · 内容与使用许可

ShuR 提供文件管理、预览、媒体、文档、压缩解压、浏览、下载与本地共享工具。请遵守适用法律、App Store 条款及内容授权，只处理、下载或分享有权访问的内容。不利用工具绕过付费、DRM、账号权限或访问控制。

2 · 文件操作与备份

编辑、解压、转换、移动和删除可能生成或修改原文件，外部位置及 MCP 读写操作尤其如此。重要内容保留独立备份，确认空间与目标路径。资料库索引不是备份；垃圾桶和系统备份不能保证所有删除都可撤回。

3 · 网页、下载与第三方服务

网站、搜索、下载地址、文件服务器和翻译服务由相应提供方控制。请求桌面网站不保证服务器固定返回某一种页面；系统、编码、签名链接、登录和服务器策略会影响下载与播放。下载功能用于正常浏览器可访问且获授权的内容。

系统后台传输、音频播放、画中画和实时活动受设备、系统、网站及内容权限约束；不承诺强制退出后继续执行，也不以媒体功能为其他任务提供无限后台保活。

5 · 格式与转换边界

格式支持由文件结构、编码、资源和操作类型决定。简单 DOCX 可编辑，复杂结构可能只读；PDF 批注不是修改原文字。PDF 转 DOCX 采用页面图片与提取/OCR 文字，不承诺原始 Word 对象或1:1可编辑重建。

.blend 本地解析不等同于完整 Blender，复杂节点、约束、骨骼、修改器、模拟与全部动画不会无条件还原。格式清单明确区分预览、编辑、解压、播放和结构检查。

6 · 第三方组件与联系

随应用分发的第三方组件按各自许可证使用，详见应用内第三方声明。组件许可证不自动覆盖 ShuR 名称、界面及第一方代码。依法不能排除的用户权利不受本条款影响。

ShuR Terms of Use

Updated 2026-10-16. Use ShuR only for content and systems you are authorized to access. Respect applicable law, App Store terms and content licenses; do not bypass DRM, paywalls or access controls.

Editing, processing or deleting can modify originals, including external folders and MCP read-write operations. Keep reliable backups and verify destinations/free space. Indexes and trash are not substitutes for backups.

Websites, search, downloads and translation/file servers are third-party services. Desktop requests, playback, background downloads, PiP and live activities remain subject to content rights, system resources and provider behavior. There is no promise of unlimited background execution or continuation after force-quit.

LAN sharing starts only when requested. Wi-Fi authentication is off by default; local HTTP is unencrypted even with credentials. Local MCP is off by default and operates only within the chosen authorized scope. The mobile app has no public/remote MCP or FRP relay interface.
