ShuR 隐私政策

ShuR 以设备本地文件处理为核心，不提供开发者账户或开发者运营的云端文件库。

1 · 适用范围与基本原则

本政策说明 ShuR iPhone/iPad 应用、官网和 TestFlight 的数据处理。移动端提供内置浏览器、下载、文件处理、Wi-Fi/WebDAV 及主动开启的本地 MCP；没有公网 MCP、远程 MCP 或 FRP 中继入口。

应用不包含广告或行为分析 SDK，不会默认把文件、文件名、浏览历史、相册、联系人或诊断报告上传给开发者。你主动访问网站、下载、共享、连接服务器或发送反馈时，数据会发送给所选择的接收方。

2 · 文件、索引与设备存储

工作区文件保存在应用容器；资料库保存分类索引，不默认复制所有原件。预览缓存、缩略图、下载状态、任务与设置保存在设备。转换和解压可能创建临时文件；可恢复任务保留所需状态。

系统文件选择器授权的外部位置使用安全作用域书签恢复访问。外部文件的读写、重命名和删除会作用于原位置；移除挂载只移除访问引用。系统备份和文件提供商可能按自己的设置同步内容。

3 · 网页浏览、历史与网站数据

浏览器使用系统 WebKit。网站及其嵌入资源会收到正常访问所需的 IP、网址、请求头和网站交互数据；Cookie、登录会话及网站存储由 WebKit 管理，可在浏览器设置中管理或清理。默认搜索使用 Bing，提交的搜索词会发送到所选搜索服务。

书签、收藏、阅读列表、常规标签恢复记录、网站偏好和历史保存在设备；常规历史按本地策略最多保留90天，也可主动清除。书签与偏好使用应用受保护的本地存储。为收藏加载网站图标时，会向网站公开地址请求页面或图标，不复制 WebKit 的登录 Cookie、认证凭据或页面查询参数。

无痕标签不写入常规历史和标签恢复记录；主动保存的书签和下载文件仍保留。无痕不隐藏 IP，也不保证网站不跟踪。其他 App 跳转默认先询问，可改为允许或禁止。

页面翻译需要可用的服务配置。你选择已配置的 Azure 或自定义 HTTPS 翻译服务时，所选页面文字与该请求必需的授权信息发送给对应服务，按其政策处理。未配置可用服务时，翻译功能可能不可用，不承诺所有翻译都在设备上完成。下载网页或本地 HTML 的脚本执行受浏览器设置、系统沙箱和授权范围约束。

4 · 相机、照片、识别与系统权限

相机：用于主动发起的文档扫描、二维码、AR 模型与拍摄。只有你执行拍照、录制或保存时才生成对应文件。
照片：用于授权范围内的浏览、导入、播放、处理及你确认的保存或删除；AR 拍摄保存到相册需相应照片权限。
文字识别：扫描与 OCR 在设备上完成，识别内容不会因此自动上传。
联系人：用于你选择的联系人导出操作。
局域网：用于你连接的文件服务，以及手动启动的 Wi-Fi、WebDAV 或本地 MCP。
通知与实时活动：用于获准的任务提醒、锁屏及支持机型的活动显示，不把私人文件正文作为系统提醒内容。

拒绝或撤销权限仅影响对应功能。相册、iCloud 或文件提供商可按系统机制获取尚未下载的资源。

5 · 下载、服务器与局域网共享

下载地址、任务状态、响应信息及你设置的请求信息保存在设备，下载服务器收到请求所需的网络信息。你配置的 WebDAV、SFTP 或 FTPS 连接将操作发送到该服务器；其地址与授权信息按对应受保护存储保存。第三方服务的数据处理由其政策决定。

Wi-Fi/WebDAV 只有手动启动后才监听。默认 Wi-Fi 共享不要求密码，可在设置中启用认证。局域网 HTTP 不提供传输加密，密码也不使 HTTP 变成加密连接；仅在可信网络使用。共享范围、上传限额和外部读写由你控制。

本地 MCP 默认关闭；你启用并启动后，能够连接的可信 Agent 可在已授权范围和所选权限内调用文件及处理工具。本地开放模式不提供网络匿名或传输加密，不提供移动端公网中继。

6 · 访问记录、诊断与删除

本机共享访问记录保存操作类型、结果、时间、流量与资源标识，访问主体使用摘要，不记录原始密码、Token、Authorization 头或文件正文。记录按本地保留偏好管理，可在应用内清理；不会自动发给开发者。

你可清理浏览历史、网站数据、下载任务、缓存和访问记录。清理记录不等于删除结果文件；卸载会移除应用容器，外部文件、系统相册与备份由其所在系统管理。

仅当你发送反馈时，邮件服务商和支持邮箱才处理你提供的正文及附件。不要发送凭据或私人原件。

数据类别与用途

ShuR 现有隐私披露保留「其他诊断数据」与「其他数据类型」两类用于 App 功能的数据，可与用户关联，不用于跟踪。设备内处理不等于所有网络操作都不产生数据：你主动提交的支持信息、所选择的网络服务，以及官网必要的连接和错误信息，分别按本政策及相应服务政策处理。

ShuR 不使用这些类别进行跨 App 或跨网站广告跟踪。你访问的第三方网站仍可能使用自己的 Cookie 和数据处理规则；无痕模式不提供网络匿名。

7 · 官网、TestFlight 与联系

本官网是静态站点，不使用第三方分析、广告脚本、远程字体或跟踪 Cookie。托管服务器为返回页面处理 IP、请求路径及必要连接和错误信息，不提供云端文件库。本次移动产品不以官网提供公共文件中继。

TestFlight 的安装、测试诊断、反馈和附件由 Apple 按其政策处理；ShuR 不会因测试安装自动把私人文件上传给开发者。查看 Apple TestFlight 隐私说明。

ShuR Privacy Policy

Updated 2026-10-16. This policy covers the iPhone/iPad app, static website and TestFlight. Mobile ShuR offers a browser, downloads, local processing, user-started Wi-Fi/WebDAV and local MCP; it does not offer public/remote MCP or an FRP relay interface.

Local files and permissions

Workspace files, indexes, thumbnails, tasks and settings stay on device. External folders are accessed through system authorization; edits or deletion affect their originals. Camera use covers user-started scanning, QR codes and AR. Photos or recordings are created when you capture/save; Photos access is needed for saving to the library. OCR runs on device. Contacts, local-network and notification permissions serve their corresponding features.

Web browsing and downloads

WebKit loads websites and their resources directly; sites receive normal network/request information and manage cookies or website storage. Bing is the default search provider. Bookmarks, reading lists, regular tab restoration, website settings and up to 90 days of regular history are local and can be cleared. Public site icons are fetched without copying WebKit login cookies, credentials or page query strings. Private tabs do not write regular history/restoration records; saved bookmarks/downloads remain and private browsing does not hide your IP. External-app navigation asks by default.

Downloads and user-configured file/translation servers receive the requests, content and authorization needed for your chosen operation. Translation requires an available service configuration. Configured Azure or custom HTTPS translation sends selected page text and the required authorization to that provider. Translation may be unavailable without a working configuration; it is not universally on-device. App-controlled preferences and browser library use protected local storage.

Data categories and purposes

The existing privacy disclosures retain Other Diagnostic Data and Other Data Types for App Functionality, linked to the user and not used for tracking. Local processing is not a claim that every network operation produces no data. User-submitted support information, chosen network services and necessary website connection/error information are handled as described in this policy and the relevant service policy. ShuR does not use these categories for cross-app or cross-site advertising tracking; third-party websites may apply their own cookies and data policies.

Sharing, logs and feedback

LAN listeners start only when requested. Wi-Fi authentication is off by default and can be enabled; local HTTP remains unencrypted. The MCP service is off by default and is limited to a trusted LAN when enabled. It grants only the chosen access to already-authorized resources. User-configured connections include WebDAV, SFTP, or FTPS. Mobile ShuR does not expose remote/public MCP or an FRP relay interface. Local access logs use subject digests and operation/resource metadata, not raw credentials, Authorization headers or file contents. They follow local retention settings and are not automatically uploaded.

ShuR has no developer account, cloud file library, advertising or behavioral analytics SDK. This static website has no analytics scripts, remote fonts or tracking cookies; hosting processes requests and necessary connection/error information. Apple separately processes TestFlight diagnostics and submitted feedback. Email content is processed only when you send it. Contact wudi000888@gmail.com.
